OLA Procedures

Arrival and Departure
1. Teachers will arrive by 8AM on Monday morning.
2. Elementary Students need to arrive by 8:30AM.
3. Pick-up Time for for Elementary Students is 12:30 Noon.
4. Upper/Middle Students need to arrive by 1PM.
5. Pick-up Time for Upper/Middle Students is 5PM.
6. Please adhere to our Carpool map for entering and leaving the parking lot of our facility.

Carpool
Elementary Students that do not have carpool numbers already assigned must park in front of Due West Pavilion (the shopping center across from OLA that is facing Due West Rd.)
Note: Please adhere to the Carpool map for directions on entering and leaving our parking lot.

Tuition Payments
Tuition payments due at the 1st of the month. After the 5th, a $25 late fee will be assessed.

Class Schedules and Changes
1. There will be a two week grace period in which you child may change his/her class schedule.
2. All Middle/Upper class schedule changes will be addressed to Mrs. Kay Drew.

Snacks
1. All students are required to bring a snack. Please adhere to the below snack rules.
a. No peanuts or peanut products allow.
b. No juice boxes, only bottled water.
c. Oranges must be sliced. (Teachers do not have time to peel oranges.)
b. Students are only allowed to eat snacks at times designated by the teacher.
c. Please send snacks that are healthy and stimulate brain function (i.e., fruit).
